The main reason for this site's existence is to create a way to easily find karaoke locations in a given area. It started when one the site owners wanted to sing karaoke while out of town and, try as he might, he was unable to find places to sing karaoke. Subsequently he found that there were many places to sing in the area but he couldn't find them during the short amount of time he had to look. Remember that he is a webmaster who sings karaoke who is very adept at searching the Internet (or is it the other way around). Many of these karaoke shows also had karaoke competitions going on as well but they weren't well advertised.
This site solves the "Where to sing?" problem. KJ's and the night clubs can get their information on to the Internet easily now. The site generates club listings in the form of KJ or DJ Directories and also supplies important links that go directly to the associated businesses. Currently the site focuses on locating karaoke places across the USA but we may expand to Canada and all of North America.
The site can accommodate karaoke events of all types including contests, corporate events, parties or just about any event where everyone can sing along. Our site focuses specifically on karaoke singing locations and the shows. Links from advertisers or the Directory should connect you to other karaoke web sites which contain information about karaoke song lists and lyrics and places to purchase karaoke music in the standard formats such as CDG, CD+G, Mp3+G right online.
